Besides custom orders, all earrings are ready to ship and will ship within 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
We ship using USPS and orders usually arrive within 3-5 after they're received at the post office.

Although unlikely, if your earrings should arrive broken please contact me within 24 hours and provide a picture of the damage. I will handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
The jewelry components that we use are hypoallergenic. That means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction to your skin. All of our earring posts are made of stainless steel that is free of nickel and lead. All of our gold or silver stud tops are made with 18k gold or Rhodium plated stainless steel. That adds to their hypoallergenic qualities.
Are your earrings lightweight?
Polymer clay earrings are lightweight and comfortable to wear all day long. Our largest pair of earrings is .2 ounces or 4 grams. That is the same weight as a quarter.
Are yore earrings handmade?
Yes! Each pair of earrings are created with love and care in our home studio. Handcrafted from a few blocks of clay into a beautiful statement piece for your ears. I shape, bake, sand and finish each pair with hypoallergenic hardware.
Will my pair be exactly as pictured?
All of our earrings are handcrafted and no two pair will be exactly the same and may have very slight variations. This adds to their unique charm and highlights their handmade nature.
What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is a synthetic modeling clay made from PVC, otherwise known as polyvinyl chloride. It hardens with heat and is plastic-based so it will last a very long time. If cured properly, polymer clay is extremely durable and will not become weak, break or shatter over time. Our clay is tested regularly to ensure durability. Our earrings are made to last!
How do I care for my earrings?
1) Do not allow your earrings to go into the water. Shower, pools, spas etc. This will help the jewelry components to not tarnish or dull.
2) Keep them away from excessive heat.
3) Store them in an area that is away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
4) Keep the polymer clay away from anything that could scratch the surface. For example, other earring posts.
5) If cleaning in necessary, use a damp cloth and gentle soap to wipe off debris.
